Hi! My name is Hollie, I joined Everbuds Travel in July 2025 after having an in-depth chat with Steph, I loved her outlook on life & travel!

I have a huge passion for all things Disney! I have been travelling out to Orlando Florida every year since 1996! There is nothing I haven’t tried. I have completed training with Disney and Universal to become a specialist just for you.

I am a very active person, I like to be outside exploring new places! I’m not one for sitting still. My favourite hobbies include marching around Disney World & Universal searching for amazing new snacks! 20,000+ steps per day in 35 degrees? Completed it! - Many times.

I was previously a nanny but have always loved travelling & creating personalised travel itineraries for not only myself but for friends and family too.

I was introduced to Steph by one of her existing clients as I was looking to take my young family to Dubai. The deal she got us was impressive but it was the attention to detail, understanding of what we needed with the kids, but also going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent during the holidays that really made her stand out. She was always on hand to deal with the little things from check in to speaking to hotel management if needed.
In my role as a Senior Vice President at a leading sports management company, to have a trusted travel agent working with high net worth and famous clients with their families is an important part of the services we offer. Steph evolved to not only doing all my personal travel but she is now very much a part of the team at work.

After spending a few months looking on line and going into travel agents totally overwhelmed with what or where was best a friend recommended everbuds travel.
After having a chat with Steph and choosing to visit Thailand I gave my dates and she worked her magic and found 2 lovely hotels with to my surprise included breakfast.
The flights were direct and I was so happy with the price.
A lot cheaper than what was advertised on other sites on line .
The hotels were fab and family friendly, great locations and flight times were good.
All together the service was brilliant from everbuds.
They were always at the end of the phone to answer any questions too!

I would definitely recommend using Lauren to book a holiday! It made the whole process so much easier from dealing with price changes, boarding passes and checking in, to last minute special assistance at the airport. No easy feat for a group of 16!

Sovereign hotel Kos was lovely, clean and friendly. If I had to do one thing differently I would’ve gone for the swim up pool, rather than the jacuzzi. As the pool had ltd opening times of 10-6pm and therefore far too busy. We spent most of our daytime either on the beach or at the Malibu pool/bar 10mins down the road. Cavos Bay in Ikaria was so lovely, we’d definitely go back to Ikaria tomorrow if we could! And our last night at Anemoessa was so beautiful, highly recommend and would also go back.
