I'm Dee — a travel-obsessed, Disney-mad, cruise-loving mum of four and proud nanna to eleven, based in the beautiful East Sussex countryside.

With over 15 years of customer care experience and a mountain of specialist training under my belt — including Virgin Voyages First Mate, Egypt Specialist, Universal Orlando Resort Specialist, Orlando Expert, and Luxury Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts Specialist — I’ve got the knowledge to make holiday planning smooth, exciting, and stress-free.

I’m always learning too, staying up to date on the latest travel trends so you don’t have to.

While I specialise in cruises, city breaks, luxury stays, and all things Orlando and Universal, I also book honeymoons, destination weddings, sports travel, solo trips, and even last-minute UK hotel stays. No trip is too big, too small, or too unusual.

When I’m not planning dream getaways, you’ll find me at the races (I co-own a few gorgeous racehorses), walking my five dogs, or cheering on Brighton & Hove Albion.

I was introduced to Steph by one of her existing clients as I was looking to take my young family to Dubai. The deal she got us was impressive but it was the attention to detail, understanding of what we needed with the kids, but also going above and beyond what I would expect of a travel agent during the holidays that really made her stand out. She was always on hand to deal with the little things from check in to speaking to hotel management if needed.
In my role as a Senior Vice President at a leading sports management company, to have a trusted travel agent working with high net worth and famous clients with their families is an important part of the services we offer. After having a chat with Steph and choosing to visit Thailand I gave my dates and she worked her magic and found 2 lovely hotels with to my surprise included breakfast.
The flights were direct and I was so happy with the price.
A lot cheaper than what was advertised on other sites on line .
